House Extension and Refurbishment, Conservation Area, Richmond
J7 successfully gained plannning permission within the conservation area for this project to extend and refurbish this detached residence. We carried out all design work, gained all necessary approvals, tendered the project and then managed the contract, carrying out regular site inspections.
A 2 storey side extension was constructed containing a garage at ground floor, with extended master bedroom and ensuite bathroom at first floor.
A single storey rear 'Garden Room' type extension was also constructed.
The project also involved a complete refurbishment, J7 designed the bathrooms and fitting out, our comprehensive drawings and specification allowed competitive prices to be obtained from local builders.
A party wall surveyor and structural engineer were also involved, J7 regularly work alongside these consultants, bringing them on board the projects on behalf of the client.
